Terms of Service

Content OS is a private web application for planning, creating, scheduling, publishing, and measuring social media content across multiple brands and connected platform accounts from a single workspace.

Content OS is an invite-only service for creators and brands. Access requires an approved, provisioned account. There is no open public registration; accounts are created for approved applicants who request access, and credentials must not be shared or transferred.

The workspace can connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta products (Instagram and Facebook), and Google/YouTube. Each connection is governed by that provider's own terms, policies, and app-review requirements in addition to these terms.

Publishing capabilities, visibility, and available metrics always depend on what the provider permits for the connected account — for example, unaudited TikTok Direct Post clients are restricted to private visibility until TikTok completes its audit and approval.

Each account owner retains responsibility for all content created, scheduled, and published through their workspace, including captions, media, timing, and compliance with applicable law and each platform's community standards.

Connecting a platform account authorizes Content OS to act within the granted OAuth scopes, such as reading profile data, publishing, or reading metrics. Authorization can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account inside the workspace or by removing access from the provider's own settings. After revocation, scheduled actions for that account will no longer run.

The workspace must not be used to publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to misrepresent platform approval or certification, to attempt to bypass provider restrictions, or to access data beyond the owner's own connected accounts.

The service is provided as-is and may change over time. Publishing, scheduling precision, and analytics depend on third-party APIs, hosting infrastructure, and provider review decisions outside the control of this workspace, and interruptions or failures may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the workspace is provided without warranties of any kind, and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use — including failed or delayed posts and provider-side restrictions — is excluded.

You may stop using the workspace and disconnect platform accounts at any time. Provider authorizations should additionally be revoked on the provider side where the provider offers that control. Access may also be suspended or revoked if these terms or a provider's terms are violated.

These terms may be updated as the product or its integrations change. The effective date above reflects the current version.
